Network infrastructure · Site
A telecommunications room that stays organized and documented.
It is where the whole network converges. When it is done right nobody mentions it, and that is exactly the goal.
We fit out the complete telecommunications room: rack, pathways, grounding, backup power, cooling and labeling. All under TIA/EIA and handed over with its technical record.
Almost every site we walk into started out tidy. What wrecks them is growth without a plan: a switch stacked on a switch, three-meter patch cords joining two rack units, and no labeling that survives the first staff change.
What it includes
What a complete telecommunications room takes
Rack and cable management
A rack sized with free units to grow, horizontal managers and patch cords of the right length.
Grounding and power
Grounding for the rack and equipment, plus a UPS sized to hold the operation through an outage.
Cooling
Thermal control calculated on the real load of the site. Trapped heat is what shortens equipment life.
Labeling and records
Every port and cable identified, with drawings and the technical record handed to your team.
Why order matters
A messy site gets paid for in diagnosis hours
When a node fails and the site is labeled, diagnosis takes minutes. Without labeling, someone spends half a day tracing cables by hand while the operation waits.
That is the real cost of disorder, and it shows up on the day there is least time to pay it.
Delivered projects
Sites we fitted out end to end
Marelli
CAT6 Panduit cabling with a FiberRunner solution, Cisco networking and plant electrical wiring.
KDDI Denso
CAT6A structured cabling, servers, Cisco FirePower and CCTV.
Hitachi-Astemo
CAT6 cabling, Cisco switches, 30, 10 and 6 kva UPS units and CCTV on production lines.
Government of Queretaro
Telephony, structured cabling and a 120-extension IPO.
At Hitachi-Astemo the site included 30, 10 and 6 kva UPS units, because the load to back up changes with what hangs off each panel.
