Privacy Notice
Last updated: August 2026
TeleCloud, S.A. de C.V., with address at Fray Diego de Landa 237, Quintas del Marqués, 76047 Santiago de Querétaro, Qro., Mexico, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data. Here is what we collect and what you can do about it.
What we collect
We only ask for what we need to help you:
- First and last name
- Email address and phone number
- Company and job title
- The message you send through the form or the chat
Browsing the site also generates technical data, even if you never type anything: IP address, device type, browser and language, screen width, the pages you visited and for how long, where you arrived from, the real speed at which each page loaded for you, and clicks to WhatsApp, phone and email. From a form submission we keep only the fact that it happened and the name of the form.
This is our own measurement —handled by us and by the agency that runs the site with us— which is why it starts as soon as you open the page, with this notice up front and with the option to switch it off at any time from the cookie link in the footer. Switching it off applies instantly. Advertising works the other way around: it waits for you to turn it on.
Why we use it
- To answer your request and follow up commercially
- To prepare quotes and technology infrastructure proposals
- To deliver and support contracted services
- To meet tax and contractual obligations
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes without your consent.
Who we share it with
We use technology providers that process data on our behalf: PostHog (site analytics), Artisma (the agency that runs the site, and with it its own analytics at portal-clientes.artismamkt.com), LeadConnector (forms and support chat), and cloud email and storage services. Each one handles the information solely to provide us that service, on our instructions and without using it for their own purposes. Some of these services run on servers outside Mexico, mainly in the United States, so your data leaves the country. We may also share data with authorities when the law requires it.
Cookies
This site uses cookies. On your first visit a notice appears at the bottom left, and from then on the cookie link in the footer —present on every page— reopens the preferences window, which is where you switch measurement off and turn the rest on or off. We also honour your browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals as a switch already turned off. The detail of every cookie, with provider and duration, is in our cookie policy.
Your ARCO rights
Under Mexican data protection law you may access your data, rectify it if inaccurate, cancel it when you believe we no longer need it, and object to specific uses. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to jprieto@telecloud.com.mx with your name, the right you want to exercise and official identification. We respond within 20 business days.
Retention and security
We keep your data while a commercial relationship exists, and afterwards for as long as tax and legal obligations require. We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards against loss, misuse or unauthorized access.
Changes to this notice
If anything material changes, we publish the updated version on this page with its new date.
