Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 2026
A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a site. It remembers things: the language you picked, whether you already started a chat, or how many people reached a page. On telecloud.com.mx we use them to understand what works for you on the site and what does not, so we can keep improving it.
You decide which ones
The first time you visit, a small notice appears at the bottom left. There is nothing to accept or reject there: the only path is "More information", which opens the preferences window with every category and its switch. Until you save something, our own measurement runs and advertising stays off.
You can change your mind whenever you want: the cookie link in the footer, present on every page of the site, reopens the window. You can also use this button:
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as a switch already turned off: measurement stays still from the very first load, and only a decision you save by hand can turn it back on.
Cookies that always run
These make the site work: loading pages, remembering your language and storing your decision about the other cookies. They do not require consent because the site cannot operate without them.
Cookies you can switch on or off
- PostHog. Site analytics. Measures visits, page views and navigation so we know which content is useful. That data stays inside the measurement and ends there: we use it only to improve the site.
- Artisma analytics. The second half of our own measurement, run by Artisma, the agency that works on this site with us. It loads from the
<head>of every page and records the page you are on, its title, where you arrived from, your screen width, your browser language, clicks to WhatsApp, phone and email, form submissions —the name of the form, and none of what you typed in it— and the real loading speed. It stores two cookies holding random identifiers (_aa_vand_aa_s) to count people and visits. Your IP address stays out of it: the script discards it and the data is sent without credentials. - Support chat (LeadConnector). Keeps your conversation so you can pick it up where you left it and we can follow up. If you switch it off, the site is served without the chat.
Both measurement tools share the Performance cookies switch: turning it off turns both off at once, instantly and without reloading the page. One more cookie remains, _aa_optout, and it is precisely the one that remembers your choice on later visits.
Data shared with Google
The site is set up for Google Consent Mode. The second panel of the menu lets you control four categories separately:
- Ad personalization: Google personalizes the ads you see.
- User data: shares your activity for targeted ads.
- Ad storage: stores advertising data on your device.
- Analytics storage: measures how you use the site.
Anything you leave off is passed to Google as denied for that category.
How long they last
Session cookies are deleted when you close the browser. Persistent ones last up to 24 months or until you clear your browser data. Your cookie decision is stored in your device local storage, not on our servers.
Clearing them from your browser
Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox all let you delete cookies from their privacy settings. Note that clearing them also clears your decision, so the cookie menu will show up again.
