Our technicians are in-house staff, not subcontractors, and they work with the backup of Cisco, Fortinet and Huawei certified engineers. The person who arrives at your plant knows the TIA/EIA standard and brings Fluke equipment to certify whatever they touch.
If the job reveals a deeper problem in the network, the same team escalates it to engineering. You will not be left with a patch.

Intermittent fault diagnosis
A port that drops now and then is almost never the switch. We test the physical link with Fluke and find the node or segment that is failing.
Certification and documentation
Certification of existing points for audits, or to sign off on an installation done by a third party. Report per point.
Engineering backup
If the problem is in the design and not in a cable, the technician escalates it. Certified engineers review the whole network.
