Structured cabling · Field work
Structured cabling installation done in stages, without stopping.
Cabling a running plant is a scheduling exercise before a technical one. The line keeps running while we advance.
We execute the full structured cabling installation: pathways, pulling, termination, certification of every point with Fluke equipment and technical records handed over at close.
Anyone can draw the design on paper. What decides the result is the field work: the tray shared with power, the badly terminated node, the tight bend that degrades a link without dropping it.
Every point is tested before the project closes. If one comes out of spec it gets fixed there, not once the operation already depends on it.
How we execute
The stages of a structured cabling installation
Program with production
We agree which zones get touched and in what windows. The work is planned around your operation, not the reverse.
Pathways
Dedicated trays and ducts for data, away from power. That is what prevents interference from day one.
Pulling and termination
Cat6 or Cat6A per project, with tension and bend radius within spec along the whole run.
Fluke certification
Every node tested with Fluke equipment and documented. Whatever fails gets fixed before closing.
Field work in a live plant
Working in blocks is what avoids the stoppage
We split the job into blocks that are handed over working. So if a window is cancelled because production needs it, only that block shifts rather than the whole project.
It is how we have cabled three-shift automotive and aerospace plants without stopping lines.
Delivered projects
Jobs closed with the plant running
Marelli
CAT6 Panduit cabling with a FiberRunner solution, Cisco networking and plant electrical wiring.
KDDI Denso
CAT6A structured cabling, servers, Cisco FirePower and CCTV.
Hitachi-Astemo
CAT6 cabling, Cisco switches, 30, 10 and 6 kva UPS units and CCTV on production lines.
Government of Queretaro
Telephony, structured cabling and a 120-extension IPO.
None of these plants stopped production to get cabled. All of them were done in stages and in agreed windows.
