Network infrastructure · Backbone
A fiber optic network designed to grow with you.
Copper solves the floor; fiber solves the distance between buildings. That is where a well-built backbone pays off for years.
We lay the fiber optic network that links your buildings and data center: the backbone everything else rides on, designed under TIA/EIA and certified before handover.
A backbone is designed for ten years, not for next year. So the conversation starts with how many strands you will need once the plant grows, not just the ones you light up on day one.
The type is chosen per project: single-mode or multimode depending on distances and active equipment. Decided by measuring, never from a catalog.
Project scope
What laying a fiber optic network includes
Route survey
We measure real distances between buildings, review existing pull boxes and mark where fiber can run without suffering.
Conduit and trays
Dedicated trays, ducts and boxes for the backbone, kept away from power. Fiber is protected from the civil works on.
Pulled with headroom
Spare strands from day one. Adding capacity later costs a fraction of reopening the route.
Certification and records
Every link is tested and documented. The technical record stays with you, not in our archive.
When fiber is the answer
Distance and electrical noise decide for you
Past a hundred meters copper stops being an option. And in a building full of drives and large motors, fiber solves something copper cannot: it is immune to the electrical noise of the floor.
That is why in manufacturing the backbone is almost always fiber and the horizontal run is copper. Each where it performs, which is how a network that lasts gets designed.
Delivered projects
Backbones already connecting whole plants
Marelli
CAT6 Panduit cabling with a FiberRunner solution, Cisco networking and plant electrical wiring.
KDDI Denso
CAT6A structured cabling, servers, Cisco FirePower and CCTV.
Hitachi-Astemo
CAT6 cabling, Cisco switches, 30, 10 and 6 kva UPS units and CCTV on production lines.
Government of Queretaro
Telephony, structured cabling and a 120-extension IPO.
At Marelli the backbone was solved with a FiberRunner solution, dedicated fiber pathway that keeps anyone from crushing it while pulling another cable.
