Network infrastructure · Field work
Fiber optic installation certified strand by strand.
A link that merely shows carrier is not a delivered link. It gets certified or the project does not close.
We handle the full fiber optic installation: dedicated pathways, pulling within the bend radius the manufacturer demands, termination and certification of every link before handover.
Fiber is fragile where you cannot see it. Too much pulling tension or a tight bend does not drop the link right away: it degrades it, and the fault shows up months later as intermittency nobody ties back to the install.
So we certify with instruments. If a link falls out of spec it gets corrected before closing, not once the operation is already riding on it.
Project scope
How we run a fiber optic installation
Dedicated pathways
Its own tray for fiber, away from power. Nobody crushes it the day another cable goes down the same route.
Controlled pulling
Tension and bend radius within spec. What you protect during the install is what prevents faults two years out.
Termination
Terminated at the ODF with the connector your active equipment takes, identified strand by strand.
Fluke certification
Every link tested with Fluke equipment and documented. If it fails, it is fixed before the project closes.
Without stopping the line
We work the windows production gives us
In a three-shift plant the job is planned backwards: first we agree when we can intervene, then the work program is built around those windows. The plant keeps running while we advance.
It is the same way we deliver copper cabling, and the reason projects close on date even when the daily window is only a few hours.
Delivered projects
Installations already in operation
Marelli
CAT6 Panduit cabling with a FiberRunner solution, Cisco networking and plant electrical wiring.
KDDI Denso
CAT6A structured cabling, servers, Cisco FirePower and CCTV.
Hitachi-Astemo
CAT6 cabling, Cisco switches, 30, 10 and 6 kva UPS units and CCTV on production lines.
Government of Queretaro
Telephony, structured cabling and a 120-extension IPO.
In all of them fiber went in alongside copper and the active equipment, under one responsible party and one technical record.
