Video surveillance · Field work
CCTV installation that keeps your line running.
Mounting cameras in a live plant is a logistics problem before a technical one. We work your windows, not ours.
We do the full CCTV installation: cabling to every point, camera mounting, NVR configuration and commissioning. In stages and in the windows you agree with production.
The hard part of installing in a running plant is not the camera, it is reaching it: crowded trays, heights that need equipment, zones you can only touch during a scheduled stop.
So the work program is built with your production team before a ladder moves. The job advances in blocks and each block is handed over working.
How we execute
The stages of a CCTV installation
Agreed program
We define with production which zones get touched and when. The calendar is built on that, not the other way round.
Cabling to the point
Pathways and pulling for every camera, kept away from power so the image arrives clean.
Mounting and adjustment
Each camera is mounted, focused and adjusted on the real scene, at the hour of day that zone is hardest.
NVR and commissioning
Recording configured, retention validated and the system handed over running with your team trained.
Installing in a live plant
Entering a facility is about rules before technique
Access permits, protective equipment, work at height, area signage: in manufacturing that gets settled before the first cable is touched, and it is what delays anyone who has never worked inside.
We have installed inside automotive and aerospace plants under those rules. That context is what gets the project closed on the committed date.
Delivered projects
CCTV installed with the plant running
KDDI Denso
Cisco FirePower perimeter firewall, CCTV and the CAT6A cabling of the site, all in one project.
Hitachi-Astemo
CCTV across the production lines, managed switches and 30, 10 and 6 kva UPS units.
Marelli
Cisco networking segmented by zone over CAT6 Panduit cabling with a FiberRunner solution.
Government of Queretaro
Telephony, structured cabling and a 120-extension IPO on infrastructure of their own.
At Hitachi-Astemo the CCTV went in over live production lines, in blocks and without stopping shifts.
